1. Acceptance

By using wanderverse.duckdns.org ("Platform"), booking any trip, or registering as a partner, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Who Can Use

Minimum age 18 to book independently. Minors must be booked by a parent/guardian. You warrant that the information you provide (name, age, ID, medical conditions) is accurate.

3. Bookings & Pricing

• All prices are in INR, inclusive of applicable taxes (5% GST on travel services as per GST Act)
• Quoted prices are valid for 24 hours unless otherwise specified
• Advance payment required to confirm booking. Balance due 7 days before departure
• Trips are subject to minimum group size; we may reschedule or offer full refund if minimum not met

4. Payments

Payments processed via Razorpay. By paying, you accept Razorpay's terms. We never store card details. Chargebacks are handled per Razorpay's dispute policy.

5. Cancellation & Refund

See full Refund Policy. Summary:

• > 30 days before: 90% refund
• 15-30 days: 50% refund
• 7-15 days: 25% refund
• < 7 days: no refund (insurance may apply)

6. Your Responsibilities

• Arrive at pickup 15 minutes early; no refund for no-shows
• Carry valid government ID; foreign travel requires passport + visa (your responsibility)
• Disclose medical conditions at booking; we may decline bookings for unsuitable trips
• Respect local laws, co-travellers, and property of partners. Damages are your liability

7. Our Role (Intermediary)

WanderVerse is a travel intermediary (IT Act 2000 s.79). We select and coordinate partners (hotels, DMCs, transporters) but do not own them. We are liable for our own breach of duty, not for force majeure, acts of God, or gross negligence of partners beyond our reasonable verification.

8. Itinerary Changes

We may alter itineraries for safety, weather, or operational reasons without prior notice. Equivalent alternatives will be provided; no refund for en-route changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid for the affected booking. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Intellectual Property

All content (text, images, logos, tour designs) is owned by WanderVerse or licensed. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivatives without written consent.

11. User Content

Reviews, photos, and testimonials you submit grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use them for marketing. We remove defamatory, obscene, or copyrighted content on request.

12. Partner Program

DMC/hotel partners are bound by a separate commercial contract signed at onboarding. Platform Terms apply in addition. Commission, payout schedule, and performance standards are set per-partner.

13. Dispute Resolution

Good-faith negotiation first. Unresolved disputes: sole arbitration under Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996 in Hyderabad, Telangana. Courts of Hyderabad have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after posting = acceptance. Material changes will be emailed to registered users.
