How to Cancel

  1. Log into your account → My Trips → Click Cancel Booking
  2. OR email cancel@wanderverse.in with booking reference
  3. OR WhatsApp our support line on the number listed in your confirmation email

When We Cancel

If WanderVerse cancels a trip (insufficient group size, safety, force majeure), you receive 100% refund within 7 working days OR free rebooking on another date at no extra cost.

Refund Timeline

  • Razorpay refunds: 5-7 working days to card/UPI, 10-14 days to net banking
  • Manual refunds (rare): bank transfer within 14 working days
  • Delays due to your bank are beyond our control

Non-Refundable Items

  • Visa processing fees (if any)
  • Travel insurance premium
  • Third-party services like flight tickets, special event passes (refund governed by those providers)
  • Custom tours booked for private groups — case-by-case based on costs already committed

Trip Insurance

We strongly recommend trip insurance for cancellations due to medical emergencies, bereavement, or natural disasters — covers scenarios our standard policy does not. We partner with ICICI Lombard and Tata AIG.

Disputes

Contact our Grievance Officer at dpo@wanderverse.in. If unresolved, arbitration under Consumer Protection Act 2019 / E-Commerce Rules 2020.
